I’m taking a hiatus from answering submissions. A piece of this is because the algorithm doesn’t like it. Also this is fairly new, if I want to keep up with posting 2 times a week I am going to be stuck with out submissions. However Sharing my personal thoughts and feelings especially about bad moods? That shoots things up on google.
What are some tips that help you get out of bad moods. Besides consumerism. That helps too.
It’s extremely short lived. It is currently raining outside and dark. I like being in a dim room with sunlight. This is the opposite. Bright Lights and it feels like 5 P.M outside.
I’m also in a bad mood because I misspelled my name on a ticket. I will now be taking an hour to fight with the airline to just add a letter to the last name.
So I am actually writing this to get my self out of the funk I am in. Take my own advice right?
So how to get out of your bad mood?
- Take a walk. If it’s raining do some physical activity.
- Get a coffee. I don’t believe in spending a lot, but sometimes taking the time to buy a $3 can give you happiness. Yes even if you have the kids, find a drivethru.
- Check something off your mental to do list. The mental load is heavy, it will make it feel lighter.
- Clean a drawer. Physical clutter makes things hard as well.
- Sounds Cliche- Write what you’re grateful for.
- Buy yourself something from this list My Top 5 items You Need this Holiday! (Just Kidding)
- Also- If you have it in you. Do something kind. Giving has a way of making us happier.

I may also be seeing some sun rays. That might also be why.
